DESCRIPTION
The Dried Tomatoes of Calabria are preserved in oil but first they are dried in the sun. The recipe is that of the tradition that “pairs” the tomatoes which are then stuffed with capers and basil. Prepared in this way, they are an excellent homemade appetizer, ideal with bread and cheese and good for flavoring first courses with traditional recipes.
